Why should I join The Barossa Valley Wine Room?
By having a Membership, it offers you a refined & practical way to build a cellar of distinction or to simply drink good wines.
We handle the sourcing, allowing you to simply select what resonates to your palate.
Members will enjoy access to wines without the heavy markups, rarely seen in the retail market, but often in limited quantities and under favourable terms.
All of our wines are sourced directly from producers or through long-standing, trusted partners.
We do not operate in the secondary market, therefore every bottle is guaranteed for provenance & quality.
Highly limited & sought-after wines are mainly offered through member events/dinners & private allocations based on purchases. Eligible members will be invited accordingly.
We also offer a bespoke sourcing service for any wines people are specifically looking for
Our wine network allows us to pursue requests that extend well beyond conventional availability.
The Barossa Wine Room offering is intentionally broad & evolving. From benchmark producers to emerging names, we prioritise diversity, quality, & interest.
These will be wines that will impress even the most discerning buyers. Winery names have deliberately been left out here for obvious reasons but please feel free to reach out to us should you have further questions.
What does my membership include? And how does it work ?
Membership to The Barossa Valley Wine Room is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
Your subscription provides:
- Privileged access to a curated selection of wines, released & changing every week at member pricing.
- Invitations to exclusive member experiences
- An annual dinner invitation after 12 months of membership
- A range of additional offers throughout the year
Membership is structured as a 12-month renewable subscription, with the option to withdraw within the first three months if its not for you. It starts at the next whole month (the membership)
Membership payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly via secure credit card processing
All payment details are encrypted and stored to the highest standards
Each week, you will receive a private release email/message featuring:
- A carefully selected list of  wines (changes weekly) available at a member only unbeatable price
- Limited-release opportunities or preferential pricing
- Each Wednesday morning the list will come out and will close 5pm the following day
- Assistance with tasting, tours and accommodation when you visit the Barossa Valley
There are no purchase requirements. You are free to engage as often, or as selectively, as you wish.
Our weekly offers span both Old World and New World styles, across red, white, & sparkling wines.
What is the annual dinner ?
After 12 months you will receive an invitation to attend the Barossa Valley ( travel and accommodation will be at your cost) to join us for an immersive dinner with all food and beverage included in your membership price. NO additional costs at these dinners, allocational wines will be served & available for purchase.
Event locations
Our inaugural dinner will take place in the Barossa Valley, with future events planned across capital city’s & other wine regions
Can I bring guests to events?
Absolutely, depending on each event the price will vary, but each member can bring up to four people inclusive. Members can only purchase wines.
You have bought the wine how do we get it to you ?
We stand behind every bottle we offer. In the rare event a wine is deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund. The faulty bottle must be kept and returned with as much contents as possible for us to test – we will either replace or refund at our discretion – All wines are guaranteed for 6 months (except for TCA - INDEFINETLY)
All wines are sourced directly from wineries, ensuring full provenance & authenticity.
We primarily ship via Aramex & Australia Post, with alternative arrangements available upon request.
To preserve the integrity of the wine:
- Shipments are paused during extreme heat conditions (35°C or above)
- Orders can be held if you are travelling or unavailable to receive delivery
Delivery timeframes
Delivery typically occurs within 10–15 days, depending on location and seasonal conditions.
We also offer flexible arrangements, including:
- Consolidated monthly shipping
- Deferred delivery for special occasions
- Secure storage prior to dispatch
Know someone who might be interested ?
Any Members who introduce a new member will receive a $200 wine credit to their account once the referred member has completed six months. ( The more people you refer – the more credits you receive – There are some really good bottles to be had)
This credit may be used across any offering.
Will I save money ?
If you are used to buying wine you will not only save money but you will also increase the quality of the wine you will collect or drink

While newly introduced, The Barossa Valley Wine Room is built upon longstanding relationships within the wine industry.
Based in the Barossa Valley, we work closely with respected producers, winemakers, and industry figures both within Australia and internationally.
This foundation enables us to deliver a level of access and trust that underpins the membership.
We have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, to build, create & respect the relationships.
